Head of Housekeeping 70m+ MY

70m+ private/charter MY seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely takes pride in housekeeping and enjoys leading by example, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout a busy private and charter program.

The role includes:

• Lead and mentor the housekeeping team, setting and maintaining the highest standards
• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring immaculate presentation throughout the vessel
• Support the wider interior team to deliver a seamless guest experience during owner trips and charters
• Maintain housekeeping procedures, inventories, and organisation
• Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure the interior runs efficiently
• Private/charter program
• Start date: ASAP
• B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years' experience as a Head of Housekeeping on a 60m+ vessel
• Someone who genuinely takes pride in housekeeping and has a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support the housekeeping team
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• All standard yachting certifications
