55m+ motor yacht based in Southern Africa seeking an experienced stewardess to join a close-knit interior team. This is an opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance, a supportive crew dynamic, and the chance to remain based in Southern Africa while performing a varied onboard role.

The role:

  • Rotate across service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Deliver exceptional service during owner trips
  • Maintain the highest standards throughout the interior
  • Work closely with the interior team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative onboard environment
  • Based in Southern Africa
  • Start date: ASAP
  • 60 days leave per year

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1+ year of yachting experience
  • Confident across service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Looking for a long-term role with an excellent crew culture
  • Candidates based in Southern Africa are preferred
  • All standard yachting certifications required

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
