75m+ private motor yacht seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established programme with an exceptional crew culture, suited to someone who is active, motivated, and passionate about leading a high-performing housekeeping team.

The role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards throughout the vessel
  • Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring immaculate presentation of guest and crew areas
  • Maintain strong laundry procedures and housekeeping systems
  • Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure seamless day-to-day interior operations
  • Support the owner at their shoreside properties when required, working alongside the land-based team to deliver the same high standards of housekeeping and service
  • Currently based in the South of France
  • Start date: ASAP
  • 90 days leave per year

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2+ years' experience as a Head of Housekeeping onboard 50m+ yachts
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest operations
  • Excellent housekeeping and laundry knowledge
  • Confident leading, mentoring, and motivating a housekeeping team
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A genuine interest in sport and fitness is an advantage
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
