Service Stewardess

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking an experienced Temporary Service Stewardess to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht.

The vessel is currently located in the South of France, and the successful candidate must be available to join immediately. All flights and travel arrangements will be organised and paid for by the vessel.

The Role

The successful candidate will work as part of a large and professional interior team, delivering exceptional service to the Owner and guests.

This role is suited to a confident and polished Service Stewardess with strong knowledge of luxury service standards, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service
• Providing formal, informal, plated and silver service
• Setting up and maintaining dining areas, bars and guest spaces
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages and cocktails
• Assisting with table plans, place settings and service preparation
• Maintaining excellent presentation and cleanliness throughout guest areas
• Anticipating guest preferences and delivering discreet, personalised service
• Supporting events, guest activities and special occasions
• Working closely with the galley and wider interior team to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining inventories of beverages, service equipment and guest supplies

Candidate Requirements

• Previous Service Stewardess experience onboard a large motor yacht
• Experience onboard a 60m+ yacht is preferred
• Strong knowledge of silver service and luxury hospitality standards
• Confident food, wine, cocktail and beverage service skills
• Excellent communication and guest interaction abilities
• Professional, polished and well-presented
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work effectively within a large interior team
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
• Valid ENG1 Medical
• Immediate availability is essential
