Deckhand/Stewardess – Private 24m M/Y

A permanent opportunity is available aboard a 24m private motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a family boat with a single-season programme, offering a varied dual role for an experienced Stewardess/Deckhand who is confident assisting across both the interior and deck departments.

The yacht is looking for a professional, hands-on candidate with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the flexibility required to work as part of a small team.

Package: Salary DOE, permanent position

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Stewardess/Deckhand role
• Confident assisting with interior service, housekeeping and laundry duties
• Experience with deck maintenance, washdowns and general deck operations
• Comfortable handling lines, fenders and assisting with tender operations
• Professional, discreet and family-friendly approach
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a small team

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
