Rotational Chief Stewardess – Private 50m+ S/Y

The yacht is seeking an energetic, dynamic and adaptable Chief Stewardess with a confident yet patient approach. The ideal candidate will be flexible, approachable and comfortable working closely with the owner and guests while maintaining consistently high standards of service and professionalism.

Start date: Immediate

Itinerary: Mediterranean, Caribbean and Pacific

Package: Salary paid in Euros, time-for-time rotation

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 3 years’ yachting experience as a Second Stewardess or above
• Previous sailing yacht experience preferred
• Excellent service skills and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
• Proven leadership and interior team management abilities
• Strong communication skills and a professional, hardworking attitude
• Organised, adaptable and able to work effectively within a busy dual-season programme

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
• B1/B2 visa preferred
• Seaman’s Discharge Book preferred
