Female Bosun / Officer of the Watch – 50m Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced and professional female Bosun / Officer of the Watch to join a private motor yacht for a single Mediterranean season.

Requirements

  • Officer of the Watch (OOW) qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Bosun or senior deck crew on similar-sized yachts.
  • Competent tender driver with experience operating jet drive tenders.
  • Strong all-round deck skills, including mooring operations, anchoring, watersports setup, maintenance, varnish, paintwork, and exterior detailing.
  • Confident leading deck operations while maintaining a hands-on approach
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to contribute to a close-knit, professional team.

Position Details

  • Program: Single Mediterranean season
  • Start: ASAP (or as agreed)
  • Salary: €5,500 per month
  • Leave: 42 days per annum

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  40-49m or 50-69m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private
  • Experience length:  min 2 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
