A 43m privately registered motor yacht is seeking a polished and enthusiastic Stewardess to join its professional crew.

The yacht is based in Florida and cruises throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and enjoys working in a busy but friendly onboard environment.

The successful candidate will assist with all areas of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry, guest service, table setting and general interior maintenance. The owners enjoy a relaxed yet refined onboard experience, so attention to detail, discretion and a positive attitude are essential.

Requirements

  • Previous yacht or high-end hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong housekeeping, laundry and service skills
  • Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, adaptable and team-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and organised during busy guest trips
  • Valid STCW and ENG1
  • B1/B2 Visa or USA Citizenship is essential

This position would suit a motivated Stewardess looking to build strong experience aboard a well-run private yacht with an appealing cruising programme.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Experience length:  min 1 year

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
