Temp Deckhand 80m

We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join an 80m+ support vessel. This is a temporary position starting ASAP for approximately 8 weeks, ideal for someone with strong deck skills who is available to join immediately.

This role is heavily focused on operational deck work, supporting daily owner activities including watersports, helicopter operations, and crane work, rather than traditional washdowns and cleaning.

The role:

• Contract: ASAP for approximately 8 weeks (potential to extend).
• Latest joining date: this weekend (Sunday).
• Location: Mediterranean.
• Support vessel operating alongside a 100m private yacht.
• Predominantly operational deck work including crane operations, equipment handling, and supporting guest activities.
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience on larger yachts, with several years preferred.
• Strong operational deck experience on similar-sized vessels.
• Crane operations experience highly advantageous.
• Available to join immediately.
• Candidates already in Europe preferred, although flights can be arranged for the right candidate who is available to travel immediately.
