60m newly launched private/charter motor yacht seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join from mid-August. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the interior on a newly launched vessel, working alongside a close-knit crew as the yacht embarks on its first busy season.

The role:

  • Lead and manage an interior team of 5
  • Oversee all interior operations, ensuring exceptional standards across service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Deliver a seamless guest experience throughout both owner trips and charters
  • Foster a positive and professional team environment
  • Newly launched private/charter program
  • Start date: Mid August

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on a 50m+ vessel
  • Previous charter experience is essential
  • Confident leading and developing an interior team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Professional, hands-on, and guest-focused approach
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a busy operational environment
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
