Viking Crew are seeking an exceptional Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 100m+ private superyacht.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven background on large yachts, exceptional service standards, and the ability to manage a high-performing interior team while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous Chief Stewardess experience on 90m+ yachts (100m+ preferred) minimum 2 years
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in luxury service, housekeeping, and guest relations
  • Excellent organisation, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant certifications

Package:

  • Competitive Euro salary (DOE)
  • Equal rotation

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
