We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 55m private MY operating a dual-season Med and Caribbean program. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-focused vessel with excellent opportunities to develop your skills.

The role:

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Opportunity to gain regular experience driving the vessel's outboard tender.
  • Private dual-season program with Med cruising, a short shipyard period, and a Caribbean season.
  • Family-use program with a professional and well-run onboard environment.
  • Start date: ASAP (within 1-2 weeks).

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally 1 year of yachting experience on a similar size vessel.
  • Yachtmaster beneficial but not essential.
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: Industry standard (USD).
  • Leave: 60 days.
  • Training scheme to support ongoing development.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
