We are recruiting a permanent Captain for a 37m private yacht with an outlook to become a commercial charter yacht.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Dutch Captain with strong leadership skills and solid engineering experience to join a busy, well-operated vessel in the Mediterranean.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader who is confident overseeing all aspects of vessel operations, maintenance, and guest service while fostering a positive and professional onboard culture. Candidate must hold a Dutch passport and speak Dutch.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on cruise ships or yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  30-39m or 40-49m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private or charter
  • Experience length:  min 5 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, Dutch

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
