About This role

Rotational 2nd Stewardess for Private 100m+ M/Y

Start: 25 August 2026

Package: Salary paid in Euros per month / 176 days leave per year

Itinerary: Europe - Northern Red Sea

Desired attributes include:

  • Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in the interior department on 80m+ motor yacht, with at least 1 year in a service-focused role (Second or Third Stewardess).
  • Experience leading or running guest service, including table settings, food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards during guest trips.
  • Previous experience supervising or coordinating junior stewardesses during service is strongly preferred.
  • Experience assisting the Chief Stewardess during shipyard or refit periods, including inventory management, deep cleaning, organisation, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications required:

  • STCW (fully updated)
  • Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with 6 months’ validity)
  • Seafarer’s Discharge Book
  • Crisis and Crowd Management Certificate
  • Food and Hygiene Level 2

Work Experience Requirements:

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
