Deck/Stew 50m

We are looking for a Deck/Stew to join a 50m private/charter motor yacht operating a structured dual-season program between the US East Coast and the Caribbean. This is a well-run vessel offering a balanced lifestyle, clear structure, and strong support for career development.

The role:

• Dual Deck/Stew position with a primarily deck-focused workload.
• Role split is approximately 90% deck and 10% interior.
• Interior support includes turn-downs, back-of-house tasks, and light service (morning coffees only).
• Assist with tender driving, deck operations, and guest activities.
• Summer season: private use on the US East Coast.
• Winter season: Caribbean private/charter with structured trips (approx. 5–6 weeks total).
• Start date: 1st August.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum one year’s yachting experience, ideally in a similar role.
• Confident driving of jet tenders; Yachtmaster preferred but not essential.
• Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to move between departments.
• Additional skills such as videography or photography are beneficial.
• Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
• B1/B2 visa preferred.
