Captain

Responsible for all operations. In charge of navigation, accounting, legal and regulatory compliance, crew management, safety for passengers, crew environment and vessel.

1. Maintaine highest safety on board and conduct regular safety drills with the assistance of Chief Officer
2. Availibilty of the yacht at any given time as required by the owner
3. Keeping the certificates of the yachts update, and in addition assuring that all the crew's certificates are up todate as per the international standards
4. Safe navigation and operation of the Guest on boat and the yacht in general
5. Overseeing the upkeep of the yacht for all the department (Deck, Engine & Interior)
6. Responsible and accountable for all the expendetures of the Yacht on a day to day basis (Budget Management)
7. Willingness to rotate between the Yachts as needed by the management
8. Solving all minor conflicts of crew on board or address the major issues or violations to the higher management to take the necessary action
9. Point of contact for all aspects related to the yacht for the management and outside parties (Supplier, contrators & etc.)
10. Representing as a project manager during the Yacht refit along with the Technical sections support
11. Main point of contact during the guest trip for any of their needs or request
12. Assuring that the yacht does not in any way pollute the environment around it

Experience

5 Years plus as Yacht Captain
