A Female Deck/Stew opportunity to join a 34m motor yacht based in Miami. 80% deck / 20% interior

This is a permanent position best suited to a positive, hands-on candidate who enjoys a dual-role environment and is looking to become part of a professional, close-knit crew.

The yacht spends a significant amount of time cruising within the United States, therefore U.S. citizens and Green Card holders are strongly preferred.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Deck/Stew or Stewardess with deck experience
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable assisting both interior and exterior operations
  • Tender driving experience is a plus
  • STCW and ENG1 (or equivalent) in hand
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Female candidates only
