We are seeking a Chief Officer to join a busy 55m private motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean program.

What we’re looking for:

  • Chief Mate 3000GT minimum.
  • Previous Chief Officer experience preferred.
  • Strong Second Officers with at least two years' experience looking to step up will also be considered.
  • Strong shipyard experience preferred.
  • Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with high operational standards.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
