Skipper

As Skipper, you will be responsible for the safe operation of our luxury catamarans while ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class sailing experience.

Responsibilities
Safely navigate and operate the catamaran.
Ensure compliance with all maritime safety regulations.
Conduct guest safety briefings.
Plan routes according to weather conditions.
Lead and coordinate the onboard crew.
Maintain the vessel to the highest standards.

Requirements
Valid commercial skipper’s license and certifications.
Previous experience operating sailing catamarans.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.

Deckhand

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable deckhand to support daily vessel operations and help deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Assist with docking, anchoring, and mooring.
Prepare and maintain the yacht before, during, and after each cruise.
Assist guests with boarding, swimming stops, and water activities.
Support the skipper with safety procedures and daily operations.
Ensure the exterior of the vessel remains clean and well-presented.

Requirements
Previous boating or maritime experience is preferred.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Fluent English.
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.

Hostess

As our Hostess, you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver premium hospitality to every guest onboard.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare and serve refreshments, snacks, and light meals.
Maintain a spotless and inviting interior.
Ensure guests are comfortable throughout the cruise.
Deliver attentive, personalized service with a smile.

Requirements
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury service.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
Professional appearance and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
