Are you an experienced Stewardess looking to combine exceptional yachting with adventure?

Position Snapshot

  • Salary: $4,300 USD per month
  • Leave: 72 days per year (6 days accrued per month)
  • Flights: 2 return flights home per year
  • Joining: Australia
  • Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a confident and motivated Stewardess to join a 60m private/charter superyacht embarking on an incredible worldwide cruising program. The vessel is currently completing a yard period in Australia before setting off on an exciting itinerary through the South Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Alaska.

Essential Requirements

  • STCW Basic Safety Training
  • Valid ENG1 (or equivalent) Medical Certificate
  • Previous experience as a Stewardess aboard a motor yacht
  • Strong housekeeping and service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to assist across all areas of the interior
  • Genuine interest in remote cruising and expedition-style destinations
  • Eligible nationality and/or visa status to join in Australia

Desirable Experience

  • Hospitality, luxury hotel or fine dining background
  • Silver service and cocktail knowledge
  • Barista skills
  • Previous experience on private and/or charter yachts

The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility, professionalism and the ability to thrive as part of a close-knit crew are essential.
