We have a 40m private/charter motor yacht seeking a Chief Officer to join them ASAP. The vessel launched last year and operates between the Mediterranean and Caribbean with both private and charter use.

What we're looking for:

  • OOW 3000GT minimum.
  • Previous Chief Officer experience preferred.
  • Strong operational and safety knowledge.
  • Proven leadership experience on deck.
  • Professional, organised, and able to lead by example.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 7000 Euros.
  • Leave: 60 days.
  • 2x return flights per year.
  • Discretionary 13th month bonus.
  • Start date: ASAP (by 1st July).

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
