Location:

We are delighted to be working with a returning UHNW British client whose primary residence is in Emirates Hills, Dubai but who spends significant time in the UK and Europe, especially over the summer months. We have recently placed a PA in the team, and we are now hiring a 2nd PA to work alongside her.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced, polished professional to step into a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic and fast-paced private household. The successful candidate will serve as the Principal’s most trusted professional confidante, managing a broad and varied remit with absolute discretion, precision, and calm authority.

Working in close daily partnership with the Principal, another PA, an Estate Manager, and a Chief of Staff, you will oversee all personal and professional administrative requirements, coordinating seamlessly with a wider team of household professionals – including housekeepers, nannies, drivers, butlers, and a private chef – to ensure the household operates with the highest level of efficiency and grace. The role demands a proactive, solutions-focused individual who is equally at ease managing complex international travel logistics as they are handling sensitive personal matters.

You will be employed on a UAE contract, so you will receive a tax-free salary, and when in Dubai, you will organise your own accommodation. When you travel with the family or spend time outside of Dubai, accommodation is provided and you earn an additional $50 per day.

Candidates must hold a valid EU or UK passport. The family are currently in the UK and will be in Europe for the summer, so the role will start off being based there, with the plan to move back to Dubai at the end of the summer.

It is important that you have worked supporting a female Principal before and are busy, very busy, fast-paced households. The family have 4 children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the Principal, managing all aspects of her diary, schedule, and correspondence
  • Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including private and commercial flights, transfers, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Accompany the Principal on both domestic and international travel, providing seamless on-the-ground support throughout
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal and all external parties, including businesses, vendors, and personal contacts
  • Manage confidential personal and professional matters with the utmost discretion and sensitivity
  • Oversee household administration, including invoicing, budgeting, expense management, and supplier coordination
  • Liaise closely with all household staff – housekeepers, nannies, drivers, butlers, and the private chef – to ensure seamless household operations
  • Coordinate event planning and preparation for private gatherings, dinners, and social engagements
  • Manage personal shopping, gifting, and bespoke requests on behalf of the Principal
  • Handle research projects, prepare briefing documents, and manage ad hoc tasks as required
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure all administrative systems are organised and up to date
  • Respond with flexibility and composure to the ever-changing needs of a high-profile UHNW Principal

Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience in a PA role within a UHNW private household, specifically supporting a female Principal with children
  • Proven ability to manage complex international travel logistics with confidence and precision
  • Experienced and composed when travelling internationally with a Principal
  • Holder of a valid EU or UK passport
  • Exceptionally organised, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Polished, well-presented, and instinctively discreet with an impeccable professional manner
  • Tech-savvy and proficient across all standard office and communication platforms
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate the needs of a demanding Principal
  • Comfortable operating both independently and as part of a large, established household team

Package

  • Working schedule: 5 days a week; based at the family’s house
  • Accommodation provided when in UK/Europe; no accommodation when ‘home’ in Dubai
  • All travel expenses covered when accompanying the Principal
  • Visa and health insurance provided
  • Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 AED per month, tax-free
  • An additional $50 per day when outside of the UAE
