Chief Steward(ess) position - 47m - Motor yacht

Description

We are recruiting for a Chief Stewardess to join a brand new 47m private/charter yacht. The candidate will join in the shipyard in Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident, organized, and experienced who can step into a leadership role and help set up the vessel from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills while still being a true team player. We are looking for someone social, professional, polished, and hands-on, with the ability to create excellent systems, lead the interior team, and coordinate confidently with the owners.

Requirements / Ideal Experience:

• Previous Chief Stew experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent admin and organizational ability
• Confident setting up interior operations, SOPs, inventories, service standards, and guest preferences
• Able to coordinate directly and professionally with owners
• Positive, social, team-focused attitude
• New build experience is a strong plus
• Private/charter experience preferred

This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a new program from the very beginning.

Leave: 45 days to start

Salary: DOE.

Itinerary: Dual season.
