Deck/Stew

Magnitude Recruitment is seeking a polished and guest-focused Deck / Stewardess to join a Wajer 77 chase boat supporting a 55m+ private motor yacht operating a live aboard owner programme.

This role is primarily interior-focused, suited to a professional Stewardess who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service while also assisting with light deck operations when required. The successful candidate will be confident interacting with owners and guests, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring the chase boat is always guest-ready.

The position requires a flexible and hands-on individual who is happy to assist with basic deck duties such as line handling, fender management, guest transfers, and supporting docking operations alongside core stewardess responsibilities.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Stewardess or Deck / Stewardess onboard motor yachts
• Strong guest interaction skills with a confident and professional manner
• High standards of housekeeping, service, and vessel presentation
• Comfortable assisting with light deck duties and guest transfers
• Tender driving experience advantageous
• Valid STCW certification and ENG1 (or equivalent)
• Powerboat Level 2 preferred
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Stewardess Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of guest service onboard the chase boat
• Prepare and maintain guest areas to exceptional standards
• Assist with food and beverage service during guest trips and activities
• Ensure the vessel is always clean, organised, and guest-ready
• Support guest arrivals, departures, and day-to-day requirements
• Manage interior inventories, supplies, and presentation standards

Deck Assistance

• Assist with line handling and fender operations during docking and manoeuvring
• Support guest transfers between the chase boat and mothership
• Assist with basic deck maintenance and cleanliness
• Help prepare watersports equipment and guest activities when required
• Support safe day-to-day operations alongside the Captain

Programme Details: Wajer 77 (24m) chase boat supporting a 55m+ Motor Yacht. Private live aboard owner programme. Mediterranean cruising. 60 days annual leave. Competitive EUR salary package.
