Nanny/PA – Saudi Arabia

We are delighted to be working with a high-profile family within the world of professional sport to help them find a talented and experienced Nanny/PA to join their household. Based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, this warm and outgoing European family comprises a professional sportsman, his wife and their two young daughters, aged two and five. This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned childcare professional who can bring both nurturing energy and strong organisational skills to a busy, loving home.

The family reside within a beautiful beachfront compound in Al Khobar, and the successful candidate will be provided with their own private one-bedroom apartment within the same community. A family chef also lives nearby within the compound. The role is flexible in nature – the family do not require full-time, round-the-clock support, but rather someone who is available as and when they need help, with the ability to assist across childcare, household management, and personal assistant duties as required. The children attend kindergarten and school during the mornings, leaving afternoons as the primary period of engagement.

The family travel regularly especially during the summer months, and will require the Nanny/PA to accompany them. An EU passport is therefore essential to ensure flexibility of travel. The family are currently spending time in Europe and are open to meeting and trialling the right candidate whilst in Europe, ahead of a return to Saudi Arabia in August. Candidates must be confident swimmers and hold a full, clean driving license. Previous exposure to or familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and lifestyle is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing childcare for two young girls, supporting their daily routines, development, and wellbeing
• Carry out school and kindergarten runs, managing morning and afternoon schedules
• Plan and organise age-appropriate activities, outings, and enrichment opportunities for the children
• Assist with light household management tasks, ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently
• Support the principal with personal assistant duties, including scheduling, bookings, and general organisation
• Research and book travel arrangements, activities, and appointments as required
• Accompany the family on international travel
• Liaise with household staff and external service providers as needed
• Assist with packing and unpacking for family travel
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-organised environment for the children at all times
• Respond flexibly to the evolving needs of a busy family household
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced nanny or nanny/PA with a strong track record in private household environments
• EU passport holder – essential for ease of international travel
• Confident swimmer and holds a full, clean driving licence (use of family car)
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing both childcare and household/PA responsibilities
• Warm, energetic, and emotionally intelligent, able to connect naturally with young, spirited children
• Mature and grounded in approach; with a calm and settled disposition
• Familiar with or open to adapting to Middle Eastern culture and lifestyle
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a relaxed but dynamic family environment
• Professional, discreet, and well-presented at all times
• Previous experience of travel-based roles or working internationally is advantageous

Package

• Working schedule: 5 days per week (approx. 40 hours, flexibility required)

• Salary: $5,000 – $6,000 per month (tax free)
