We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 75m private motor yacht with a busy and rewarding programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run vessel offering strong sea time, a supportive crew environment, and personable owners who value a professional, family-style onboard culture.

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Operate a range of tenders including single screw, twin screw, and jet tenders.
  • Busy private programme with excellent sea time and varied cruising; upcoming itinerary includes Canada and the United States.
  • Start date: 30th June.
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What we're looking for:

  • Approximately 2 years' experience on similar-sized yachts.
  • Proven longevity and commitment within previous roles.
  • Strong knowledge of deck maintenance or a genuine eagerness to develop these skills further.
  • Competent tender driving experience.
  • Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating required.
  • B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa required.
  • True non-smoker.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
