Temp Experienced Service Stew 100m+

100m+ private motor yacht seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join in Palma for a busy summer period. This guest-focused role is within a large interior team and suits someone confident in high-end service who enjoys guest interaction and can seamlessly integrate into an established operation.

The role includes:

• Deliver exceptional service across formal and informal guest settings
• Provide confident bartending and beverage service
• Support guest events, dinners, and day-to-day service operations
• Build positive rapport with guests while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Assist with housekeeping duties when required; role will be predominantly service-based
• Work closely with the interior team during a busy guest program
• Contract dates: 7 July – 14 August

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of yachting experience
• Strong professional service skills with no additional training required
• Confident bartending and cocktail knowledge
• Previous experience on large yachts preferred
• Positive, energetic personality with a team-focused attitude
• All standard yachting certifications
• Minimum six months validity remaining on passport
• Fully COVID vaccinated
