Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and meticulous Live-in Housekeeper for a luxury residence near Ramatuelle, St. Tropez.

This is the Principal’s main residence, though they travel frequently, especially during the winter months. You will be working alongside two other Housekeepers and collaborating closely with a wider team that includes a Butler, Chef, and Maintenance Manager.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Live-in Housekeeper in St. Tropez include:

• Daily housekeeping and deep cleaning, following a structured schedule
• High-standard room preparation, including turndown service
• Care and cleaning of luxury finishes, including marble flooring and antique furniture
• Assistance with floral arrangements and plant care throughout the property
• Full laundry and wardrobe care – washing, ironing, and seasonal organisation
• Coordinating with other household staff to ensure seamless day-to-day service
• Occasional support during events or guest stays, including evening turn-down or additional duties as required

Candidates must be/have:

• At least two years’ experience working as a Housekeeper in a private household/villa/luxury hotel
• EU Passport/Right to work in France
• Fluent in English (French would be a bonus, but not essential)
• Highly professional with excellent attention to detail
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of boundaries
• Well-presented and a non-smoker
• A team player with a warm, service-oriented attitude

Accommodation
The Housekeeper will have their own private bedroom and bathroom with shared staff accommodation on the grounds.

St. Tropez, France.

Salary
€3,000 net per month.

Hours
Full-time, 45 hours per week.

Flexibility during busy periods (summer months) is required, balanced with downtime during the off-season.
