Lead Housekeeping Stewardess – 85m Private/Charter Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Lead Housekeeping Stewardess to join an impressive 85m single-season charter yacht based in the Mediterranean.

Position Details

Start Date: Approximately 7 days
Location: Mediterranean
Yacht: 85m Single-Season Charter
Rotation: 4 months on / 1 month off
Salary: €3,700 per month
The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced housekeeping professional ready to step into a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping throughout the vessel while providing guidance and support to junior stewardesses.

Working alongside a strong and supportive Second Stewardess, you will help manage daily housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional guest areas are maintained at all times.

Requirements

Proven yachting experience with a strong housekeeping background
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising junior stewardesses
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced charter environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality
Fluent English required
