About This role

Rotational AVIT – Private 80m+ M/Y

  • Start: 28th July 2026
  • Location: Europe / Northern Red Sea
  • Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid days leave

Experience and attributes required:

  • Proven longevity
  • Experience on +80m vessels (yacht/guest facing)
  • At least 5 years of experience working onboard a yacht (yacht experience essential as will be expected to assist on Deck for mooring operations/tender operations)
  • Experience with the following systems: Cisco / Crestron / Lutron / Veeam / VMWare / Palo Alto / Intellian
  • Prior experience working with OMNIAccess and Bond is advantageous
  • Can multitask / Must be willing to help out in other departments

Qualifications required:

  • AVIT qualifications advantageous / CCNA
  • Seafarer’s Discharge Book
  • STCW updated
  • Seafarer Medical Certificate

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
