Stewardess

We are representing one of the most impressive sailing yacht programmes currently operating and are seeking a Stewardess with a passion for housekeeping, service and luxury hospitality to join the interior team. This position would suit a Stewardess who takes genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces, delivering seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest levels of presentation. Whilst the role has a strong housekeeping focus, you will also play an important role supporting service during owner trips and guest events.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the vessel
Guest cabin preparation and turn-down service
Laundry and wardrobe care
Assist with inventory management and organisation
Support guest service during owner trips and events
Ensure all interior spaces remain immaculate and guest-ready
Work collaboratively with the wider interior team to deliver a seamless guest experience

Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Stewardess on a luxury yacht
Strong housekeeping background
Service experience and willingness to develop further
Exceptional attention to detail
Positive, energetic and professional attitude
Strong work ethic and team-oriented approach
Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience

Package

Salary: Up to USD $4,000 per month
60 days annual leave
Mediterranean, Caribbean and yard periods
ASAP start
