Second Stewardess

Clique Private Staffing is seeking an exceptional Second Stewardess to join a prestigious 80m+ private sailing yacht operating throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with occasional yard periods.

The successful candidate will be a strong Housekeeper first and foremost, with excellent leadership qualities and the confidence to support and guide junior crew. You will be someone who never leaves tasks unfinished, never places things in the "too hard basket" and is always thinking several steps ahead.

Whilst this is a housekeeping-focused position, the Second Stewardess will also be the first point of support for service during larger owner trips and guest events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the vessel
Create, manage and execute detailed housekeeping schedules and work plans
Support and mentor junior interior crew
Assist the Chief Stewardess with interior administration and organisation
Maintain inventories and ensure all interior spaces are guest-ready at all times
Support service operations during busy owner and guest periods
Drive consistency, efficiency and attention to detail throughout the interior department

Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Second Stewardess or an experienced Senior Stewardess ready to step up
Strong housekeeping background
Highly organised and naturally proactive
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong planning and execution abilities
Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
Positive, professional and team-focused attitude
Service experience preferred

Package

Salary up to USD $8,000 per month
60 days annual leave
Sharing a large cabin with a senior female crew member
Mediterranean, Caribbean and yard periods
