Deckhand / Tender Driver – Private/Charter 49m M/Y

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Deckhand / Tender Driver to join a busy private/charter 49m motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on deck professional to become part of an established deck team, supporting all exterior operations while maintaining the highest standards on board.

Start date: ASAP

Itinerary: Italy / Mediterranean

Package: Salary paid in Euros, DOE, 60 days’ leave

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deckhand on yachts
• Strong deck maintenance skills including washdowns, polishing, detailing, and line handling
• Good tender driving skills with confidence during guest operations
• Experience operating jet skis and supporting watersports activities
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Professional appearance and excellent work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy charter periods
• Willingness to learn and contribute to all areas of deck operations

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (ENG1)
• Powerboat Level 2
• Personal Watercraft (PWC) / Jet Ski Licence essential
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
