Stewardess 70m+ MY

70m+ dual season private yacht seeking a confident Stewardess to join a fleet programme operating across both a mothership and support vessel. This is an opportunity for an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of interior duties and is comfortable working independently within a busy operation.

The role:

• Permanent Fleet Stewardess position, initially joining the support vessel with the opportunity to transition to the mothership as permanent positions become available
• Rotational duties including crew mess, housekeeping, and laundry onboard the support vessel
• Night shift service and housekeeping duties onboard the mothership during guest operations
• Pacific and Mediterranean cruising itinerary
• Start date: Early July 2026 (depending on vessel movements)

What we’re looking for:

• 1.5–2 years of yachting experience
• Strong housekeeping skills with confidence across all interior departments
• Comfortable and experienced in night shift service
• Positive, hardworking, and adaptable personality
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider fleet team
• Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
• B1/B2 visa in hand (essential)
• Cayman Islands Discharge Book preferred
