Experienced Stewardess 80m+ MY

80m+ private/charter motor yacht is seeking an Experienced Stewardess to join an exceptional interior team embarking on a two-year world cruising programme. This is a rare opportunity to join a vessel with outstanding crew longevity, exciting destinations, and a strong focus on training, development, and team culture.

The role:

• Rotational position across service, housekeeping, and occasional laundry cover
• Deliver high standards of guest service during owner trips and charter operations
• Confidently perform silver service, plated service, and formal dining service
• Join a busy programme with repeat charter guests returning throughout the season
• Start date: 30th June

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of yachting experience
• Strong and confident across service and housekeeping
• Silver service and plated service experience essential
• Able to hit the ground running from day one
• Physically fit with an active lifestyle
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented personality
• Looking for someone who will contribute positively to an established crew culture
• B1/B2 visa preferred
