We have an exciting opportunity for a Deckhand to join a 75m private expedition yacht operating a world-cruising, off-the-beaten-track itinerary. This is a fantastic role for an active and adventurous candidate looking to gain extensive sea time while exploring remote destinations as part of a unique cruising program.

The role/program:

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • World-cruising expedition program with extensive cruising and exploration-focused owner trips.
  • Busy upcoming schedule with significant sea time and varied destinations, including Canada, Greenland, United Kingdom, Europe, USA.
  • Opportunity to be part of an active, fitness-focused crew culture.
  • Start date: immediate.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally 1-2 years of yachting experience.
  • Active and adventurous personality with interests such as running and cycling.
  • Familiarity with fishing or enthusiastic about outdoor pursuits.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to get involved across all aspects of deck operations.
  • Keen to be part of a world-cruising expedition program and embrace remote destinations.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
