60m busy private/charter motor yacht seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join ASAP in Spain. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role within a fast-paced program, suited to someone confident leading from the front during a busy Mediterranean season.

  • Lead all interior operations across service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Deliver high standards of guest service during busy owner trips and charters
  • Manage, train, and support the interior team
  • Oversee inventories, administration, and day-to-day organisation
  • Hands-on role with strong guest interaction
  • Private/charter program with a busy Med season ahead
  • Start date: 15th of June at the latest

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as Chief Stewardess on busy 50m+ vessels
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Confident in high-level service and guest interaction
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Experience in charter operations preferred
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
