About This role

Deckhand – Private 100m+ M/Y

  • Start date: 25th August 2026
  • Location: Northern Red Sea / Europe
  • Package: Salary in Euros, 114 days leave.

Experience and attributes required:

  • Ideally 2 years experience as deckhand 50m+ yachts.
  • Experience driving big tenders preferred
  • Awlgrip/Alexseal painting and varnishing skills
  • Strong general deck maintenance skills
  • Must be a true team player

Qualifications required:

  • Navigational watch rating certificate – II/4 or Yacht Master (preferred)
  • Power Boat Level 2 Certificate
  • STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
  • Crowd and crisis management
  • PSCBR (preferred)
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book

Candidates should ensure they meet the listed criteria.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
