Deckhand/Mate - 118' Sailing Yacht

Must be American or Green Card holder.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deckhand/Mate to join a 118' sailing yacht. This role is ideal for a hands-on, team-oriented professional who can support the safe and efficient operation of the vessel while maintaining high standards on board. The successful candidate will assist with navigation, deck operations, line handling, watchkeeping, maintenance, and general seamanship duties, while working closely with the captain and crew to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and full compliance with maritime safety procedures.

Required certifications and qualifications: Yachtmaster or USCG 100 Ton, STCW, ENG1, PWC, and PB2.

Start date: Immediate.

Salary: DOE

Cabin: Shared cabin.

Vessel location: New England.
