We are delighted to be working with a returning UHNW British client whose primary residence is in Emirates Hills, Dubai, but who spends significant time in the UK and Europe, especially over the summer months. This is a truly unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced, highly polished professional to become the Principal's most trusted daily support, her right-hand woman in every sense.

The role sits at the heart of a well-established household team and demands an individual of the highest calibre: warm, discreet, composed, and entirely devoted to delivering an exceptional personal and family service. With four children in the household, a significant focus of this role is supporting the Principal with the day-to-day rhythm of family life, children's activities, and the organisation that comes with it.

The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Principal on a daily basis, managing both her personal needs and the children's schedules with seamless efficiency. She will collaborate with a wider team including nannies, housekeepers, drivers, butlers, a private chef, and the family PA to ensure the household operates with precision and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a reliable daily support to the Principal in managing the children's busy schedules, activities, and commitments.
  • Coordinate and oversee children's extracurricular activities, clubs, lessons, and appointments, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Accompany children to and from activities as required, providing attentive and caring supervision.
  • Liaise with nannies, tutors, and activity providers on behalf of the Principal.
  • Source, book, and research new activities, classes, or experiences suited to each child's age and interests.
  • Help manage school-related admin, uniform care, kit bags, and activity equipment in an organised manner.
  • Serve as the Principal's primary personal support, attending to her needs with discretion and anticipation.
  • Manage and maintain the Principal's wardrobe to an immaculate standard, including garment care, seasonal organisation, and sourcing.
  • Oversee all packing and unpacking for travel for both the Principal and the children, ensuring luggage is prepared to a meticulous standard.
  • Accompany the Principal and family on both domestic and international travel, providing seamless support throughout.
  • Run personal errands including shopping, collections, and bespoke requests.
  • Provide light PA support including scheduling, appointment coordination, and correspondence, liaising closely with the family PA.
  • Carry out light housekeeping duties within the Principal's private quarters.
  • Manage personal shopping and gifting with a keen eye for quality and detail.
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Respond with flexibility and composure to the changing needs of a dynamic UHNW household.

Ideal Candidate

  • Female, as requested by the client.
  • Previous experience in a senior personal butler, lady's maid, or family support role within a UHNW or five-star luxury environment.
  • Genuine warmth and confidence around children, with an understanding of the logistics of a busy family household.
  • Impeccable wardrobe management skills, including knowledge of luxury brands and garment care.
  • Experienced and confident travelling internationally with a Principal and family.
  • Holder of a valid EU or UK passport.
  • Polished, well-presented, and instinctively discreet.
  • Proactive, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working as part of a large household team while also operating independently.

Package

  • Working schedule: 5 days a week.
  • Accommodation provided when in UK/Europe; self-arranged when based in Dubai.
  • All travel expenses covered when accompanying the Principal and family.
  • Visa and health insurance provided.
  • Salary: 20,000 AED per month, tax-free.
  • Additional $50 per day when outside of the UAE.
