We are seeking a professional and experienced Bosun to join a 50m private motor yacht with a close‑knit, active crew and a positive, team‑focused onboard culture.

The ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, with proven experience in a Bosun or senior deck role on similar‑size vessels. You should be confident leading deck operations, maintaining high exterior standards, and supporting safe and efficient day‑to‑day running of the deck department. Strong leadership skills, organisation, and the ability to motivate and guide junior crew are essential.

This is a highly active programme, and strong watersports skills are essential, with kitesurfing experience considered a major advantage. The role will suit someone energetic, hands‑on, and comfortable assisting with guest activities while maintaining a professional and safety‑focused approach.

The yacht operates a private programme, currently cruising Northern Europe and Scandinavia before returning to France. The vessel is in the process of transitioning to commercial registry, offering strong potential for future charter activity and career development.

Due to cabin arrangements, this position is open to male candidates only.

Salary: €5,000 per month
Leave: 60 days – Two return flights per year
