Deckhand – Seasonal Position – 32m Private Motor Yacht

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Deckhand to join a well-maintained 32m private motor yacht currently based in Antibes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated crew member with solid yachting experience who is looking to join a professional and friendly team for the season.

Start Date: ASAP
Itinerary: Antibes, France
Package: Salary paid in Euros.

Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 2–3 seasons' experience as a Deckhand on yachts
Previous experience on private yachts preferred
Strong knowledge of deck operations and yacht maintenance
Confident with washdowns, polishing, teak care, and general upkeep
Experience with tender driving and watersports operations is advantageous
Good understanding of line handling, mooring, anchoring, and docking procedures
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards onboard

Qualifications Required
Valid STCW (fully updated)
Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
Powerboat Level 2 (preferred)
