Position: 2nd Stewardess
Vessel: 50m Private Motor Yacht
Salary: USD $4,200 per month + bonuses, 13th Month & training course package + 2 x flights
Leave: 3.5 days per month
Start Date: Approximately 30 June
Joining Location: Asia (Indonesia most likely)
Cruising Area: Asia, Pacific & Worldwide

The Opportunity
An opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a well-established 50m private motor yacht operating on an extensive world-cruising itinerary. The vessel follows a flexible, owner-driven schedule, offering crew the chance to experience destinations throughout Asia, the Pacific, and beyond. The successful candidate will join a professional, supportive team that values initiative, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht preferred
  • Strong housekeeping, laundry, and guest service skills
  • Confidence in silver service, cocktail preparation, and guest interaction
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently when required
  • Leadership qualities and ability to mentor and support junior crew members
  • Adaptability and flexibility within a dynamic world-cruising program
  • Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused approach
  • A personable nature and ability to integrate into a close-knit crew environment
  • STCW, Seafarer Medical, Valid Passport
  • Ideally located in the Asia/South Pacific Region

Bonus Structure

  • Cruising Season Bonus: USD $3,000 paid after each completed cruising season (1 June – 31 October; 1 December – 31 March) payable to crew employed at both the start and end of the respective season
  • 13th Month Loyalty Bonus: Equivalent to one month's salary after each completed year of service

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
