Description

We are seeking a polished, professional, and experienced stewardess/masseuse to join a well-run private/charter yacht program. The ideal candidate will have at least one seasons interior experience, excellent attention to detail, and a calm, guest-focused approach. This role would suit someone who is confident in all the back of house operations such as, housekeeping and laundry, while also being able to provide high-quality massage treatments for owners and guests when required.

Responsibilities include:

Housekeeping, laundry, detailing, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the vessel. The successful candidate should be comfortable working as part of a team, taking direction well, and supporting the interior department wherever needed.

Massage duties will include providing professional treatments onboard, maintaining treatment spaces and products, and ensuring a discreet, relaxing, and luxury guest experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have prior yacht experience in a stewardess role, strong laundry and housekeeping skills, and a professional massage qualification or proven spa/therapy background. The right candidate will be well-presented, positive, discreet, adaptable, and confident working in a high-standard environment.

Certificates required:

STCW

ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical

Valid passport and visas as required

Massage/spa therapy qualification preferred

Salary: DOE

Contract: Permanent
