90m+ charter motor yacht seeking an experienced Purser to join ASAP for a two-week handover period before moving into a rotational position. This is a busy charter-focused programme requiring a highly organised and confident Purser with strong financial and crew administration experience.

The role:

  • Oversee all onboard administration and financial operations
  • Manage charter APA accounting and guest expenditure reporting
  • Handle guest concierge arrangements and owner requests
  • Manage crew HR administration, payroll, contracts, and travel logistics
  • Work closely with senior crew and shore-side management
  • Support a busy charter programme with a fast-paced operational schedule
  • Start date: ASAP

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Purser experience on large charter vessels
  • Strong working knowledge of Voly is essential
  • Confident with accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Proven charter APA management experience
  • Experienced in guest concierge and high-level guest interaction
  • Strong crew HR and payroll management skills
  • Highly organised, discreet, and solutions-focused
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
