Dive Professional / Head Steward(ess)
Location: Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands
Company: Big Blue Collective

Looking for something different? Good — because we are.
Specialising in luxury ocean experiences in one of the fastest growing high end destinations in the world — the Turks & Caicos Islands. Big Blue Collective is not your ordinary luxury ocean adventure company. We operate in crystal-clear waters, protected marine parks high end resorts and villas, in a booming eco tourism scene, serving guests who expect world class service and unforgettable experiences and that’s exactly what we deliver.

We create highly personalized, purpose driven ocean memories on and around the water — private charters, diving, eco tours, kayaking, paddleboarding, marine education, half and full day island explorations. Every trip is crafted with intention, sustainability, and a deep respect for the ocean.

We’re growing fast, and we are looking for people who want more than a job. We want leaders, ocean lovers, educators, explorers, and professionals who care about the environment, care about guests, we are not looking for someone who simply drives the boats or teaches/leads dives. We are looking for a true ocean professional.

If you want to work in a place where the ocean is your office, the culture is positive, and the destination is rising fast on the world stage, Big Blue Collective is where you belong.

This is your chance to join a team that’s shaping the future of sustainable luxury adventure in Turks & Caicos.

Ready to be part of something different — and something growing? The company is recruiting for this role.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Dive Professional / Head Steward(ess) to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands‑on, guest‑facing role that blends professional dive leadership, ocean guiding, luxury hospitality, and onboard service management.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the ocean, confident in the water, polished in service, and able to create exceptional experiences for guests — whether supporting VVIP clients seeking quiet luxury or leading an energetic island‑style adventure.

This role requires someone who is humble, proactive, environmentally conscious, team‑oriented, and excited to contribute both on and off the boat.

Manage guest areas, equipment, towels, refreshments, and onboard organization

Assist with provisioning, setup, and post‑trip breakdown

Ensure the vessel is always clean, tidy, and guest‑ready

Team Contribution
Work collaboratively within a close‑knit team

Support daily operations wherever needed — no task is “beneath” anyone

Contribute positively to team culture and morale

Remain calm, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented under pressure

Preferred Qualifications
Luxury charter or high‑end hospitality experience

Experience as a yacht stew or guest‑facing service professional

Experience guiding snorkel, kayak, SUP, or eco‑tours

Knowledge of the Turks & Caicos marine environment

Background in tourism, watersports, or adventure hospitality

Food & beverage service experience (cocktails, plating, guest service)

What We’re Looking For
The right person for this role:

Has a genuine passion for the ocean and island life

Leads with humility, professionalism, and accountability

Understands both luxury service and authentic hospitality

Can confidently switch between dive leader, guide, host, and steward(ess)

Is emotionally intelligent and self‑aware

Thrives in a collaborative team environment

Is equally comfortable entertaining guests or providing quiet, intuitive service

Is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the operation

Wants to help guests connect with the ocean in a meaningful way

This is more than a dive or stew job — it’s an opportunity to join a team that values adventure, conservation, professionalism, teamwork, and creating unforgettable experiences on the water.
