Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Captain / Dive Professional to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on, guest-facing role that blends professional vessel operations, adventure guiding, marine interpretation, and high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Vessel Operations & Safety
• Safely operate and navigate vessels from min 30 - 80ft.
• Conduct vessel safety checks and maintain operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with trip planning, logistics, provisioning, fuelling, and maintenance.
• Maintain vessel cleanliness and presentation to luxury charter standards.

Guest Experience & Hospitality
• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Read guest energy and adapt service style accordingly.
• Create a calm, safe, fun, and engaging onboard atmosphere.
• Support a seamless luxury experience while remaining approachable and authentic.
• Assist guests with watersports activities and onboard needs throughout charter.

Ocean Guiding & Marine Interpretation
• Lead or assist with diving, snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and eco-tours.
• Share knowledge about local ecosystems, wildlife, conservation, and island culture.
• Help bring the Turks & Caicos environment to life for guests in a meaningful and engaging way.
• Promote environmentally responsible practices both on land and in the water.

Team Contribution
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment.
• Support daily operations wherever needed. No task is considered “beneath” anyone.
• Contribute positively to team culture and morale.
• Remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure.


Required Qualifications
• Minimum 25GT Licence or the like.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Current EFR/CPR, First aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working long, active days outdoors and on the water.
• Strong interest in marine biology, conservation, and environmental stewardship.
• Positive, adaptable, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
• Luxury charter or high-end hospitality experience.
• Experience operating motor & sailing vessels up to 80ft.
• Divemaster or Dive Instructor certification.
• Experience in tourism, watersports, or adventure hospitality.
• Kayak, paddleboard, snorkel, or eco-tour guiding experience.
• Knowledge of the Turks & Caicos marine environment.
• Background in guest-facing hospitality or service roles.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
