Chief Stewardess – Private/Charter 49m motor yacht

We are looking for an experienced and professional Chief Stewardess to join a busy 49m private/charter motor yacht. The vessel is seeking a strong leader with excellent service standards, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate an interior team in a fast-paced environment.

Start date: ASAP

Itinerary: Italy / Mediterranean

Package: Salary paid in Euros, DOE, 60 days’ leave

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 40m+ yachts
• Previous private and charter experience essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High-level service, housekeeping, and laundry standards
• Excellent organisation and inventory management abilities
• Confident with guest interaction and able to remain calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and hands-on approach within a team environment

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Food hygiene certification (valid)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
