100m+ private MY seeking an experienced Head of Service to join 3rd July. This is a senior leadership role within a large interior team, suited to someone confident managing high-level guest interaction and leading a busy service department to exceptional standards.

  • Lead and manage all guest service operations onboard
  • Oversee and develop a large service team within the interior department
  • Maintain exceptional standards across formal dining, events, and beverage service
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day service operations during busy guest periods
  • Work closely with senior interior management to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Private program with a structured interior setup
  • Start date: 3rd July
  • B1/B2 visa preferred

Requirements:

  • Proven longevity as Head of Service on vessels 70m+
  • Strong experience leading and managing a large service team
  • Highly confident in guest interaction and owner-facing service
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury hospitality and fine dining standards
  • Professional, polished, and highly organised approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
