100m+ new build private MY seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join 20th June. This is a senior leadership role within a large interior team, suited to someone with proven experience running housekeeping operations on large vessels and helping establish systems within a new build environment.

The role:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping department onboard
  • Maintain exceptional standards across all guest and crew areas
  • Train, guide, and support the housekeeping team
  • Oversee inventories, organisation, and housekeeping procedures
  • Assist with setting up systems and standards during the new build phase
  • Work closely with senior interior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Private new build program
  • Start date: 20th June

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Head of Housekeeping experience on vessels 70m+
  • Proven longevity in previous roles
  • Confident leading and developing a housekeeping team
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Experience within large interior operations preferred
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
